With the high use of digital technology (computers, cell phones, TV, Gaming) it is critical to protect your eyes from harmful blue light emitted from these devices. Blue light can cause dry eye, eye strain, and lead to early onset cataracts and macular degeneration.

Made with Hopewell – Lambertville Eye Associates prescription quality clear 1.56 index lenses with a special anti- reflective coating to combat the blue light emitted by back-lit digital devices.

Chemtech glasses are a pre-made custom device fabricated for our office and does not substitute for regular prescriptive eyewear.

  • 40 to 45 recommend +0.75 to +1.25

• 00 (or plano) is excellent protection for contact lens patients on the computer
• 00 (or plano) is also for driving at night to reduce glare

• Significantly Superior to readers that are available in drugstores and mass merchants
• If you wear a myopic (nearsighted) or hyperopic (farsighted) prescription these glasses may not be appropriate and would require a specialized eyeglass fabricated with your specifications with blue light protective lenses.
